How this site works
Independent, and showing our working.
Plugin Home Battery UK is an independent UK guide to plug-in batteries. No adverts dressed up as reviews, no paid rankings. When we recommend something, you'll see exactly why.
Where our facts come from
For the rules: the government and the law first, then the grid companies and official standards. For products: the manufacturer's own UK instructions. For prices: a real shop listing for the exact model, with the date we saw it. A product listing on its own never counts as proof that something is legal to plug in.
What we won't do
- We are not electricians, installers or lab testers, and we don't pretend to be.
- We don't turn a shop listing into proof of UK approval.
- We don't publish made-up figures, miracle payback claims or hype.
- Some product pages link to the exact model on Amazon UK with our tracking ID, or to Zendure UK through our Awin affiliate link. Those links never decide what we cover or what we conclude.
Corrections and updates
